No one super notable inactive today.
Defensive linemen Vincent Valentine and Woodrow Hamilton will both be out after rotating in and out of the active roster over the past couple of weeks.
A.J. Derby is inactive, along with D.J. Foster.
LaAdrian Waddle won’t see the field, again. Guy hasn’t seen the field at all this year, but he’s been a healthy scratch, so obviously the team is keeping him around for some reason.
Safety Jordan Richards will not play, and fellow defensive back, Cyrus Jones will not either. This is the second week in a row Jones will not see the field. The Patriots’ second-round pick had a tough beginning to his pro career and is paying the price for it. However, as a result of his inactivity, it’ll be interesting to see who’s going to be returning kicks today, especially with D.J. Foster being inactive as well. If I had to guess, we could see Danny Amendola handling kicks and Julian Edelman, punts. While I don’t exactly love either guy being dealt those responsibilities, I know they’ll handle it with grace.
Two notable guys not on this list are Shea McClellin and Brandon Bolden. The two had both missed multiple games apiece, McClellin dealing with a concussion and Bolden, a lower-leg injury.
Also, Jamie Collins will be playing after sitting out last week.
